Comments: I spent a magical weekend at Robins Reach last summer. It was totally unexpected, and unplanned. I came to see the location my father Lorne V Tyndale of the 582 Pathfinder Squad had taken off from on the flight on August 29 1944 which he was killed. At the Crown they told me there would be a Memorial gathering of the remaining pathfinders that weekend. I asked if there was anywhere to stay and they recommended Robins Reach. I spent a memorable emotional weekend with you. It included you taking me all around the Little Staughton airbase. I was able to take a flight over the area with a gentleman in his private plane and attended the reunion meeting former RAF/RCAF some of whom remembered my father. The flypast of the British Lancaster (one of 2 that have flight status in the world. The other being at the airbase in Hamilton Ontario) over the church and airbase was an unexpected bonus. Thank you for a magical weekend. Sandy Tyndale

Comments: Dear Joe and Jean, Thank you for making us so welcome at your home last weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to your area of the country, having never been there before. We found the Shuttleworth collection and enjoyed that too, made even better by such a beautiful day. If we come to your area again we will certainly stay with you again. Kind regards, Paul and Shirley

Comments: 5 star accommodation with a warm welcome from the Hosts,Jean & Joe, that no 5 star Hotel could ever match. They not only helped us with information on The Pathfinder Squadron, that was based at Little Staughton during World War 2, they gave up their leisure time to actually take us to the Old Runway & Billetts that the RAf crews used. We would never have found it without their help. It was a wonderful weekend. We shall be returning.
